A rally responding to the 2022 State of the City address. The event was organized by Chess Murphy with local business leaders as special guest speakers. Waldo Penney and Gregory Dragg were the surprise headliners. What started as an early evening peaceful assembly turned into a boisterous violent mob that rioted into the late night eventually burning down the Cinniapolis Performing Arts Theatre.
